In general, the transmission distance of 2.5mpa pressure class pipeline is less than or equal to 32m, the transmission distance of 4.2mpa pressure class pipeline is less than or equal to 55m, and the transmission distance of 5.6mpa pressure class pipeline is less than or equal to 80m. The transmission distance greatly limits the application of HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system. The birth of external storage pressure is a good solution to solve this problem. According to the current national standard, the filling density of HFC-227ea fire extinguishing system with internal storage pressure is: 2.5MPa system should not be greater than 1120kg/m3 (steel welded gas cylinder); 4.2MPa system shall not be greater than 950kg/m3 (steel welded gas cylinder); 5.6MPa system should not be larger than 1080kg/m3 (steel seamless cylinder). 4.2MPa external storage pressure system shall not be greater than 1250kg/m3.
